    The Moro of Venezia

    From the America’s Cup to the quay of the  Darsena

    The Moro di Venezia is a boat of great importance, not only for Ravenna, but for the whole country. During the 1991 America’s Cup, the ship helmed and funded by Raul Gardini, son in law of Serafino Ferruzzi, succeeded like no other Italian boat before it. Although it didn’t win the competition, the sensational feat deserves recognition even today.
